What Is Gold Support?
Gold Support is a service that reduces RMA replacements from weeks to days:
“Advanced replacement”
Gold Support Criteria
Gold Support means:
1. Gold Support: Time Of Replacement
Gold Support Request on working days before 15.00 p.m.: shipment replacement on same work day
Gold Support Request on working days after 15.00 p.m.: shipment replacement on next workday
2. Gold Support: When To buy?
Gold Support can only be purchased when you buy your innovaphone products.
3. Gold Support: Per Product
Gold Support can be purchased per product for at least one year and a maximum of 5 years. Product serials are required and need to be send to Com8.
4. Gold Support: Extensions
Gold Support Extensions are only possible for products which already have Gold Support. Extensions can be purchased until 2 months before the end of the product’s latest valid Gold Support period.
5. Gold Support: Where Available?
Gold Support is available within the Benelux.
6. Gold Support: Product Replacement
The product that is send to the reseller to replace the defect product, will become property of the reseller. The defect device will become property of Com8 and needs to shipped to the following address: Com8 NV | Sasstraat 10 | 8870 Izegem | Belgium
