01| How can I submit a RMA Request?
Please use the RMA / DOA Request form to submit a RMA or DOA Request. Submitting a complete, detailled RMA / DOA Request form can speed up the RMA proces. The more details the better, especially product type, serial-number and clear, detailed problem description are needed.
02| To what address can I send my RMA Request?
Only after approval by the Com8 RMA Request team the RMA Request can be sent to the following adres:

Please Note: Per 1 september 2011 the RMA / DOA Address will move to the following location:

03| Where can I check how much warranty my product has left?
The warranty of your product can be checked by the Com8 RMA Request team. Apply for RMA Request via the RMA Request webform and the warranty will be checked and correponded.
04| How long will it take to repair and return my RMA Request?
When your RMA Request is tested by Com8 and approved for repairment by the vendor, in normal circumstances it should take 4 to 6 weeks to return the product to the return-address. Keep in mind that these terms are valid from the day the RMA Request is shipped from our test location in Breda (The Netherlands) to the vendor.
05| Can I check the status of my RMA Request?
To check the status of your RMA Request, just send an e-mail to rma@com8.eu with the Com8 rma-number.
06| Can I help to accelerate the return of my RMA product?
Yes, providing a detailed problem description, valid serial number, and correct product type and sending the RMA device as soon as possible to Com8, can definitely accelerate the RMA process.
07| Is there another way to speed up the RMA replacement time?
Yes, Gold Support reduces RMA replacement time from weeks to days! At this moment Gold Support is only available for innovaphone products. For more information contact sales@com8.eu.

01| What is the regular warranty time of a 2N product?
The regular warranty on 2N products is 2 years.

01| What is the regular warranty time of an innovaphone product?
The regular warranty on innovaphone products is 1 year. It is possible to buy warranty extensions with a maximum warranty of five years (1 year manufacturer warranty and a maximum of 4 years extension).
02| When can we submit an innovaphone DOA Request?
When an innovaphone product is bad at delivery or within three weeks from delivery date (date of delivery is mentioned on the delivery note), we speak about an innovaphone DOA Request.
03| How long will it take to receive an innovaphone DOA replacement?
On regular working days and normal circumstances innovaphone will send a DOA replacement within 48-hours after the DOA Request to a preferred destination.

01| How can I find the IP adress of my innovaphone telephone?
The IP adress of your innovaphone telephone is quite easy to find as long as your telephone is connected to a network:
1 press the menu button on the telephone device, menu button is often green (except for IP110) and contains symbol with square with incoming arrow
2 enter administration->information and find the IP adress on top of the screen (to navigate use the arrow keys on the telephone device)
02| How can I adjust the ringvolume of my innovaphone telephone besides using the hardware volume buttons?
Open the webinterface* of your innovaphone telephone:
1 visit CONFIGURATION->Registration x->Preferences
2 adjust VOLUME within the Ring Tones area
