Freely programmable
The solution has been implemented on a script interpreter based on XML which is the heart of the voicemail. The scripts for the voicemail are delivered ready to use and can easily be adjusted to fit your needs with a little experience in XML. Thus emails can be sent with sender information, data can be written or read in other systems, such as for example customer number enquiry of an ERP system.

 

Remote access
Messages are stored on a web server. Access is possible directly from one’s own telephone. Access from an external telephone is protected with a PIN number.
