innovaphone’s PBX Operator is a computer-based operator desk for the innovaphone PBX. The PBX Operator can access the PBX’s queue and forward calls at will.

 

Switching is possible both with and without consultation. Call setup assistance includes automatic redial, dialing from the Outlook address book and direct dialing to members of the same group. In addition, the integrated busy lamp field lets the operator monitor the current status of every subscriber (free, busy, not signed on) .

 

Ergonomically designed Windows Application
The innovaphone PBX Operator is a software component of innovaphone’s PBX. It is a Windows.NET application running on Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems. The software is extremely easy to handle and especially ergonomic. It can be operated either by mouse click or entirely from the keyboard.

 

Call Setup Assistance
Call setup assistance (middle left) offers several different options of call setup support. All buttons can be activated via the keyboard. By moving the mouse pointer across the button, the operator activates the display of function and corresponding key.

 

Group Overview on the Busy Lamp Field
The busy lamp field (right) is an accumulated list of all active, visible subscribers to the innovaphone PBX. Depending on configuration, each subscriber’s status may be signaled through his or her entry’s colour or typeface. Calls may be picked up from the busy lamp field by the operator desk. Individual call redirections for group members may also be installed or altered from the operator desk.
