The Federation functionality has been designed for corporate use and is an Internet communication concept founded on the social networking principles. Based onopen standards (e.g., SIP/SIMPLE) andsecure protocols (e.g., TLS), it creates a confidential framework for communication among the employees of ‘friendly’ companies with the goal of improving overall collaboration.

ProCall has been designed for the perfect integration with the existing IT and telephony infrastructure including all established PBX systems, Groupware platforms (e.g. Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange), CRM- and ERP-software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV), common branch applications as well as Windows Terminal- and Citrix-Server and Virtual Server-technologies. The software supports the latest Windows-OS and Microsoft Office versions in 32- and 64-Bit.
