Com8 introduces the Com8 PhoneBook Client, an easy tool for the management of your telephone register in the innovaphone PBX.

 

The Com8 PhoneBook Client brings several advantages:

1. Easy management of your telephone register on a Windows Workstation
2. Find and call your PhoneBook contacts with your innovaphone IP Phone
3. Once contact information is known in the PhoneBook Client, contact info will be shown on the innovaphone telephone display
4. Import and export contacts from and to an Excel-file
5. Com8 PhoneBook Client is free to use for Com8 Resellers!

 

 

How does it work

Simply open the PhoneBook Client on your Windows Workstation and manage the phonebook-entries stored in the innovaphone PBX.

Minimal System Requirements

- innovaphone PBX with at least version 7
- innovaphone IP Phones
- Windows Workstation

 

 

Point of Attention

Problems might occur when an excel file is uploaded containing very large ammounts of contact information.
Since innovaphone offers several PBX’s (e.g. IP302, IP800, IP6000, etc.) and each innovaphone PBX type can handle a different ammount of data limit, it is best to contact our support department when doubts are in place, before uploading the excel contact information file.
